Job Title: Registered Manager (RM) – Home Care Services

About the Role:
Pure Everra is a leading UK care agency providing high-quality home care services. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver professional, person-centred care to clients in their homes. This role involves supporting older adults and individuals with health needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalised nursing care in line with individual care plans.

Monitor, record, and report on clients’ health, progress, and care outcomes.

Safely administer medications and treatments following UK clinical and legal guidelines.

Offer health advice, education, and emotional support to clients and families.

Work closely with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with NMC standards.

Uphold infection control, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with current NMC registration in the UK.

Experience in home care, community nursing, or elderly care preferred.

Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
